In the second stage of the READ Program READ RAS has already focuses on a number of important areas, including the Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) program in Educational Measurement and Evaluation, exporting of Master of Arts Education Quality program to CIS countries, training programs in education quality, the Small Grants Program (SGP), and the Three-Tier Expert Capacity Building Program. Moreover, agreements with two Russian universities to support further development of Master of Arts degree programs in Education Quality, which were created within the first READ RAS, were signed in April-May 2017.
