  • Baseline benchmarking of current assessment system using SABER-Student Assessment tools
  • International expert hired to provide technical support to Education Review Office (ERO), National Examination Board (NEB), Ministry of Education (MOE), and other relevant partner agencies, particularly on analysis of assessment data
  • Capacity assessment of ERO, NEB, MOE, other stakeholders, and national consultants
  • First round of capacity development workshop (2-3 weeks)
  • First round of consultations on strengthening capacity of key stakeholders to use assessment data to improve teaching and learning, upgrading of high-stakes examinations programs, and mainstreaming reforms in the School Sector Development Program (SSDP)
